When you submit a request, we collect the contact and service details you provide, including the service location. Please leave passwords, payment card details, and sensitive files out of your request.
How we use your information
Staff use requests to follow up, manage jobs and appointments, and prepare estimates or invoices. If email confirmations are enabled, the configured mail provider handles delivery. The site uses a session cookie to protect forms and keep staff signed in. It uses short-lived identifiers derived from network addresses to limit repeated submissions and sign-in attempts.
